Portal: www.visaonlineapply.com/uk • Effective Date: 04 September 2026 • Last Updated: 06 September 2026

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.visaonlineapply.com/uk (the "Website") and the UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) application support services provided by VISAonlineapply LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming Organization ID: 2026-001983981), with registered office at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, 82801, Sheridan, United States.

By accessing the Website, submitting an application, making any payment, or using any of our services, the user ("Client" or "Applicant") expressly acknowledges and confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If the Client does not agree to these Terms in full, they must immediately discontinue use of the Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Company.

These Terms are supplemental to our main Terms and Conditions at www.visaonlineapply.com/terms and should be read together with our UK Privacy Policy, UK Cookie Policy, and UK Refund and Cancellation Policy, all published on this portal.

Type and Scope of Services

VISAonlineapply LLC is an independent, privately owned company. The Company provides administrative assistance and facilitation services in connection with UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) applications only.

Our services are strictly limited to: providing general guidance based solely on publicly available official information published by the UK Government; reviewing documents submitted by the Client for apparent completeness and consistency; assisting in completing the ETA application form based on information provided by the Client; submitting the application through the official UK Government portal on behalf of the Client upon receipt of full payment; and communicating the application outcome to the Client once issued by the UK Home Office.

The Company does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, eligibility assessments, guarantees of outcome, or representation before any governmental authority. The Client acknowledges that the Company does not independently verify the authenticity or legality of any document submitted.

Standard Processing only: We currently offer a single processing tier for ETA applications. Once all required information and documents have been received in full and verified as complete, we aim to review and submit the application to the UK Home Office within 24 hours. This timeframe applies solely to our internal handling of the application and does not include the UK Home Office's own decision time, which is outside our control (see "No Guarantee of Approval" below). No expedited or "urgent" processing tier is currently offered by the Company. Processing timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on operational factors and application volume.

No Government Affiliation

VISAonlineapply LLC is a private entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the UK Government, the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), or any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. The official UK ETA portal is, and remains, https://www.gov.uk/eta.

You may apply for a UK ETA directly through the official Government portal, where you will pay only the official Government Fee (currently £20.00 per applicant), without our Service Fee. Using our Service is entirely optional and provided for the convenience, document review, and customer support we offer in addition to the Government's own process.

All ETA applications are assessed and decided solely by the UK Home Office. The Company has no control over, and does not influence, application decisions, processing times, approvals, refusals, cancellations, or revocations.

Client Responsibilities

The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information matching their passport;
  • Submitting authentic and legally obtained documentation;
  • Reviewing and approving all application details prior to submission;
  • Meeting all eligibility criteria imposed by the UK Home Office (see the eligibility guidance at https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa);
  • Complying with all UK immigration, entry, and travel regulations, including the maximum stay of 6 months per visit;
  • Travelling only on the passport used in the ETA application.

The Company shall not be liable for any delays, refusals, cancellations, penalties, travel bans, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the Client. The Client understands that submitting false information to the UK Home Office may constitute a criminal offence under UK law.

Company Responsibilities

VISAonlineapply LLC undertakes to provide its services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence. The Company's responsibilities are strictly limited to administrative and facilitation services in connection with the UK ETA application, including reviewing documents for completeness, assisting in application form preparation, submitting the application through the official UK Government portal upon receipt of full payment, and forwarding the application outcome once issued.

The Company does not assume responsibility for:

  • Decisions made by the UK Home Office regarding approval, refusal, cancellation, revocation, or delay;
  • Any financial, personal, or travel-related consequences arising from such decisions;
  • The authenticity, legality, or accuracy of documentation submitted by the Client;
  • Any technical failures or interruptions on third-party platforms or the UK Government's own portal;
  • Denial of boarding by an airline, or refusal of entry by UK Border Force, notwithstanding an approved ETA.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a warranty, guarantee, or representation of any particular outcome, approval, or timeframe.

Fees and Payments

All Service Fees charged by the Company are separate from and additional to the UK Government Fee. The total amount payable at checkout is currently £73.59 per applicant, consisting of: the UK Government Fee (£20.00, set by the UK Home Office and subject to change without notice); our processing and administrative Service Fee (£53.59); and any applicable payment gateway or banking charges, where applicable. The exact breakdown is shown on the order summary page before you submit payment.

All fees must be paid in full before the Company begins preparing or submitting the application. Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction charges, for which we are not responsible.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations for the UK ETA service are governed by our separate UK Refund and Cancellation Policy, published at www.visaonlineapply.com/uk/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of a UK ETA application through the Company does not constitute, imply, or guarantee approval. The Company makes no representation, warranty, or assurance that any application will be approved, processed within a specific timeframe, or result in permission to enter the United Kingdom. The Client expressly acknowledges that:

  • All decisions are made solely and exclusively by the UK Home Office;
  • Processing times are determined entirely by the UK Home Office and may vary without notice, though a decision is typically issued within a day and, in most cases, within up to 72 hours (approximately 3 working days) from submission;
  • The Home Office may request additional information, delay processing, refuse issuance, or revoke an approved ETA at its discretion;
  • Even after ETA approval, final admission to the United Kingdom remains at the sole discretion of Border Force officers at the port of entry.

The Company shall not be held liable for refusals, delays, additional information requests, cancellations, revocations, entry denials, travel interruptions, or any related financial or personal consequences.

Limitation of Liability

The Company provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While VISAonlineapply LLC undertakes reasonable care in reviewing and submitting applications based on the information provided, the Client acknowledges that administrative, clerical, technical, or system-related errors may occur despite the exercise of reasonable care.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VISAonlineapply LLC, including its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or services — including but not limited to ETA refusals, delays, cancellations, revocations, travel disruptions, missed flights, financial losses, system failures of the UK Government's own portal, or changes in UK immigration law or policy.

In all circumstances, and regardless of the legal basis of the claim, the Company's total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the amount of the Service Fee actually paid by the Client to the Company for the specific application giving rise to the claim, excluding the Government Fee and any third-party charges.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government or regulatory authorities, changes in applicable immigration laws or policies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, system outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party platforms or government portals. The Company's obligations shall be automatically suspended for the duration of any such event, without liability arising therefrom.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VISAonlineapply LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: any breach of these Terms by the Client; submission of false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information; misuse of the Website or services; violation of any applicable law; claims brought by third parties resulting from the Client's actions or omissions; or any unjustified chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Client. This indemnity shall survive termination of the relationship between the Client and the Company.

Use of Website

The Client agrees to use the Website strictly in accordance with applicable law and these Terms, and shall not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website; interfere with its functionality or security; introduce malicious code; use automated systems or bots to extract data; or submit fabricated, altered, or false documentation. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website and services if misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.

Data Protection

Personal information provided by the Client is collected, processed, stored, and transmitted in accordance with our UK Privacy Policy at www.visaonlineapply.com/uk/privacy and applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR. By using the Website and submitting personal information, the Client consents to the collection, use, storage, and transfer of such data for the purpose of providing the requested service — including submission to the UK Home Office and to third-party service providers where necessary. The Client acknowledges that data will be transferred internationally where required for ETA processing, and that the Company is not responsible for the data-handling practices of the UK Government once information has been transmitted through the official portal.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, text, images, and software displayed on the Website (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of VISAonlineapply LLC or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Client does not acquire any ownership or licence in the Content, except for a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with the services provided. Unauthorised use of the Content constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Cancellation and Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate the provision of services to any Client who breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or misuses the Website. Termination shall not relieve the Client of any outstanding payment obligations, nor limit the Company's right to enforce indemnification obligations or pursue legal remedies.

Complaints and Customer Support

We are committed to handling complaints fairly, transparently, and promptly.

Casual support (order status, general questions) may be conducted via WhatsApp at +20 150 013 4457 or +1 (401) 955-2045 (SMS and WhatsApp only), or by email.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to info@visaonlineapply.com to be considered formally received by the Company. Communications submitted only via telephone, WhatsApp, or social media shall not be treated as a formal complaint for the purposes of this section, though we will still try to help through those channels where practical.

We aim to acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate by replying with "Complaint Escalation" in the subject line; we aim to provide a final response within 30 days. You retain the right to refer any unresolved matter to your card issuer, your national consumer-protection authority, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) if you are an EU consumer, or a competent court as set out in the Governing Law section below.

Communication and Notices

Communications between the Company and the Client may be conducted via email, the Website, or WhatsApp. Communications sent to the Client's provided email address or phone number shall be deemed received upon delivery. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information; the Company is not liable for missed notices resulting from outdated contact details.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon publication on the Website, with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website or services following such publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is the Client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that determination shall not affect the validity of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement and Waiver

These Terms, together with our main Terms and Conditions, UK Privacy Policy, UK Cookie Policy, and UK Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the UK ETA service, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings on that subject.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing. No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall it prevent the Company from enforcing any provision of these Terms at any later time.

Acknowledgment of Risk

The Client expressly acknowledges that UK ETA applications involve inherent risks, including processing delays, refusals, cancellations, revocations, entry denials, and changes in immigration law — all circumstances entirely outside the Company's control. The Client voluntarily assumes these risks and agrees the Company shall not be liable for any resulting damages, including financial loss or missed travel opportunities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, the Website, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be referred to informal resolution at info@visaonlineapply.com; if unresolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.

Where the Client is a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or European Union, the Client retains the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence as required by applicable local consumer protection law.
