Important Statutory Notice: VISAonlineapply LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, embassy, consulate, or border control authority. Applicants may submit applications directly through official government portals at their own discretion.
2 2. Client Representations & Accuracy of Information
By utilizing our services, the Client represents and warrants that:
- check_circle All details, declarations, passport data, and documents provided are true, complete, and accurate.
- check_circle You hold a valid travel passport with at least 6 months remaining validity from your date of intended travel.
- check_circle You have authorized the Company to transmit your data to the relevant government border control system on your behalf.
3 3. Final Authority of Government Decisions
The decision to grant, delay, or deny any visa or electronic travel authorization (including ESTA, UK ETA, and K-ETA) rests exclusively in the sovereign discretion of the destination country's border authorities. The Company cannot guarantee approval under any circumstance, and our professional fee is for administrative review and lodgement work rendered.
