Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when a refund is available for the US ESTA application service purchased through VISAonlineapply LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our US Terms and Conditions at www.visaonlineapply.com/us/terms.

2. General Rule

A refund of our Service Fee may be issued only if your application has not yet been submitted to CBP by the Company.

3. Government Fee Is Never Refundable

The US Government Fee for ESTA consists of two components, both set and collected by CBP:

• USD 10.27 processing fee — charged immediately upon submission and always non-refundable, regardless of the outcome;
• USD 30.00 authorisation fee — charged only if ESTA is approved; once charged, it is also non-refundable.

4. When You ARE Eligible for a Service Fee Refund

You may request a full refund of our Service Fee if:

• You cancel your request before we have submitted your application to CBP; or
• We fail to submit your application due to a demonstrable fault on our part; or
• A duplicate payment or clear billing error occurred and is verified by us.

5. When You Are NOT Eligible for a Service Fee Refund

Our Service Fee is non-refundable once submission has occurred, including where:

• ESTA is denied, delayed, or revoked by CBP;
• The application is delayed or denied due to inaccurate, incomplete, or false information you provided;
• You are found ineligible for the Visa Waiver Program after submission (for example, due to prior travel to a restricted country, dual nationality restrictions, or a criminal history disclosure);
• You change your travel plans after submission;
• The US Government changes its rules or fees after submission.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@visaonlineapply.com with your application reference number and the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 5 to 15 business days to appear in your account after approval. We do not control the timing of your bank's processing once a refund has been issued on our end.

8. Cancellation Before Payment

You may abandon an incomplete application at any time before payment without charge. No fee is due unless and until you complete checkout.

9. Currency of Refunds

Refunds are issued in USD, the currency in which payment was originally made. If your card issuer applied a foreign exchange conversion at the time of payment, a different conversion rate may apply at the time of refund; we are not responsible for any resulting difference.

10. Relationship With Other Policies

This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of the legal framework governing your use of the US ESTA service, together with our US Terms and Conditions, US Privacy Policy, and US Cookie Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and our US Terms and Conditions, the US Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise here.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified via the Website or by email where appropriate.
